Mignow opens new office in the US and appoints executives for international operations
International expansion of the Brazilian company specializing in AI for SAP migration gains momentum with a new unit in Miami and exclusive leadership in Europe
Mignow, a Brazilian company that uses Artificial Intelligence for SAP system migration, has just opened an office in Miami, United States, a strategic move that marks its global expansion, supported by a recent collaboration agreement with AWS. Its presence in the United States is a fundamental step in the company's internationalization journey, which has over 65 global clients and already operates in Latin America, now strengthening its presence in Europe.
The United States represents a base of over 4,300 potential clients for Mignow, and is also one of the world's leading SAP markets. The company aims to establish successful case studies to support its international growth trajectory.
“This is a crucial step for Mignow. The North American market is strategic, not only in terms of volume but also in global relevance within the SAP ecosystem,” comments Paulo Secco, Mignow's CEO. With over 25 years of diverse experience in enterprise software, telecommunications, and market research sectors, Esteban Berenstein has served as the North America executive for the company since July 2024.
A pioneer in innovation, Mignow stands out by automating SAP system migration through its Mignow software, operating 24/7 and minimizing the time and impact of the transition for clients. The technology is the result of expertise acquired in Silicon Valley, and allows traditionally complex and time-consuming processes to be completed in substantially reduced timeframes. Among the company's international partnerships are Seidor in the United States and the technology consultancy 1DigitalTrust in Europe.
Since August, Adrian Waldman, Head of Alliances and Channels, has been leading the expansion of Mignow's global partner network, strengthening its presence in new territories. “Our focus is on building a solid network of international partners to strengthen the Mignow brand and maximize our global reach,” explains Waldman.
Consolidation in the European market
Simultaneously with its expansion in the United States, Mignow is also consolidating its presence in Europe with the arrival of Marco van Loenen, the executive responsible for operations on the continent. With four years of experience at SAP, Marco brings deep knowledge of the market and the technological challenges faced by companies in the region. “During my time at SAP, I saw firsthand how the complexity and timelines of system conversions, coupled with the need to keep up with SAP's continuous technological improvements, create significant bottlenecks for both clients and implementation partners. Our mission is to eliminate these obstacles, empowering both sides to unlock greater business potential,” highlights van Loenen.
Mignow already has a base in Europe, with clients such as Galler (Belgium), XPertis (Netherlands), UFP (France), PFA (Denmark), Besi (Netherlands), and CPH (Denmark), and has been intensifying its presence at European events in 2024, expanding relationships with strategic clients. “Marco has valuable SAP expertise and an extensive network of contacts in the European market. This experience will be an essential bridge to strengthen our presence on the continent,” states Guilherme Joventino, Mignow's COO and co-founder.
Mignow is a software solutions company for automating system migrations and upgrades, focusing on the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4Hana. With cutting-edge technology, it facilitates the digital transformation of organizations, automating up to 80% of the migration process. This results in a significant reduction in errors, effort, and costs. The company stands out in the market for its effectiveness, proven by a high-profile client portfolio including Fiagril, Randon, BP Bunge, Nike, Pague Menos, XP, Piracanjuba, Eurofarma, Amaggi, and Carrefour. According to the executive, Mignow is recognized for its excellence, having received the SAP Innovation Awards in the “Digital Transformation on Rise with SAP” category for Carrefour's accelerated migration project, completed in three months, “A remarkable achievement compared to the market average of approximately one year,” highlights Joventino.
Why is SAP migration crucial for the future of businesses?
With the end of SAP ECC approaching in 2027, companies of all sizes need to act quickly to update their systems and ensure market competitiveness. Waiting may mean falling behind competitors.
