Mignow, a pioneering company in SAP system automation and migration solutions, announced its Trainee Program for 2025 this Thursday (19). Applications are open until January 6, and a total of 10 positions will be offered.

The company is looking for candidates who align with its values, which are innovation, collaborative empathy, and transparent communication, to join the program. Broadly speaking, the initiative aims to develop new talent for the market, specifically in the SAP area..

The program offers an immersive experience, combining technical and institutional training. It begins with a bootcamp, and subsequently, participants are allocated to operations and solutions areas, where they are mentored by tutors.

“The goal is more than just technical training; we want to develop well-rounded professionals, prepared for the challenges of the SAP market,” explains Danielle Vogado, Mignow's Head of Human Development.

To participate, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Completed higher education degree (preference for STEM fields);

"I've worked as a cleaner, nail technician, childcare provider, and I've also done laundry. What truly made me want to join Mignow's training program was the warm welcome and professionalism of the entire team from the very first contact. The company has a unique culture that values inclusion, diversity, and innovation, and the program's structure is very well planned, focusing on developing essential skills and the practical application of knowledge," says Lobaton.
