Why did MIGNOW become SAP users' favorite?
Mignow was featured in Exame magazine on May 31, 2023, with an article about innovation in the market and for SAP users. Read the full article below.
MIGNOW arose from a question: would market consulting firms be able to carry out the migration projects from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA – SAP's fourth-generation ERP – by 2027 or 2030, the deadlines set for the end of Enterprise Support?
The answer came in the form of software developed by the team at MIGNOW and that uses Artificial Intelligence to perform automatic updates. To arrive at the solution, the team immersed themselves in Silicon Valley with the world's top software engineers. Afterward, they went to Canada, the birthplace of neural networks and deep learning, to delve deeper into the processes. The result: today, in addition to major clients like Nike, GPA, Pague Menos, XP, and Carrefour, MIGNOW has become one of the first software solutions in the world capable of analyzing companies' databases and performing an automatic conversion from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
SAP Recognition
In fact, the migration carried out by MIGNOW for the Carrefour in a record three months (the market average is around one year), earned it the SAP Innovation Awards in the “Digital Transformation on Rise with SAP” category. The award honors and celebrates the achievements of forward-thinking companies and individuals who have leveraged the power of SAP's latest products and technologies to revolutionize industries, help the world run better, and improve people's lives.
In the case of the retailer, which has over 70,000 employees and 498 stores across the country, the digital transformation using Rise With SAP ensured a 30% reduction in system operating costs (using SAP BTP); 45% less energy consumption through cloud hosting, in addition to an increase in SAP user productivity by up to 64% with the new Fiori interfaces – which are easier to use than previous SAP UIs.
“Within three and a half months, we successfully moved our SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and began improvements in our operations. With SAP S/4HANA, we are able to deliver and enhance several new functionalities and technologies to our business.” Carrefour, comments Paulo Henrique Farroco, CIO of Carrefour Brazil.

The migration challenge
MIGNOW impressed the market for several reasons, including its ability to simplify a type of migration that previously involved specialized labor, was time-consuming, and generated costs.
According to MIGNOW, the technology does the work of at least ten people, and makes execution up to five times faster, with 100% delivery accuracy.
“It's extraordinary to help companies like Carrefour in their digital transformation process, where through our innovation we ensure SAP S/4HANA updates are always on the latest version provided by SAP. This continuous update process is the true ‘open doors’ to innovation for customers,” concludes Guilherme Joventino, co-founder of MIGNOW.
Painless Migration
With MIGNOW's new software, approximately 80% of the migration process shifts from manual to automated.
