Paulo Henrique Farroco, then CIO of Carrefour Brazil, emphasized the agility of the migration, while Jackson Borges, Vice President of SAP Brazil, highlighted the reliability, support for higher volumes, and modernization of the back-office environment.
Other benefits include reduced operational costs, lower energy consumption due to cloud hosting, and increased end-user productivity with the new Fiori interfaces.
