Technological evolution in agribusiness demands increasingly integrated, fast, and prepared operations to sustain continuous growth. In this scenario, Copacol advanced its SAP modernization strategy by accelerating its journey to SAP S/4HANA with the support of MIGNOW's AI.
The project was part of a new strategic cycle for the cooperative, in which technology gained an even more connected role in business expansion and operational efficiency gains.

With a highly customized environment and over 37,000 objects involved, the cooperative needed to modernize its SAP structure without compromising operational continuity. The adopted strategy was a Brownfield conversion to SAP S/4HANA, preserving the operational history, configurations, and critical developments.
Leveraging AI-powered automation, MIGNOW achieved 98.9% automation in the project, reducing manual activities, accelerating technical steps, and increasing conversion predictability in a 2.4TB environment.
The modernization of the SAP environment brought significant gains in performance, efficiency, and operational capacity. The project was completed in just 7 months and marked an important step forward in the cooperative's technological preparation for future growth cycles.
The journey later evolved into the adoption strategy of RISE with SAP, reinforcing the company's commitment to innovation, scalability, and continuous updating of the SAP environment.
