With a list of clients such as Nike (NIKE34), Carrefour (CRFB3) and XP, Mignow is gaining a place of reference in the technological update market.

THE startup originating in Silicon Valley arises in a scenario in which specialized labor is very rare for the migration of SAP ECC systems to SAP S / 4HANA. Guilherme Joventino, one of the founders of the startup, says that the initial investment in the idea was made over three years and that the value was around US$ 2 million (equivalent to around R$ 10 million at today's exchange rate).

Exponential, the investment in Mignow is bearing good fruit, according to the co-founder. “Our launch was in 2019 and in 2022 we won the first global award with SAP, the Global Innovation Award”, celebrates Joventino. He also highlights the growth in revenue and the number of customers, which jumped four times in the year-on-year comparison, in addition to the achievement of 34% of the sector's market share in 2022.

According to company research, the market for personalized solutions for SAP tool is extensive: there are 413 thousand customers in 180 countries.

What to Mignow developed was a way for entrepreneurs to update the system in a personalized and loyalty-based manner. Through software subscription, the startup uses artificial intelligence to optimize migration processes, providing valuable insights and reducing errors and execution times.

Partnership with AWS

In addition to the systems migration service, the Mignow also made a good strategic move with the Amazon Web Services (AWS).

THE AWS, a global leader in cloud platforms, has been investing in the startup since 2022, offering subsidies of up to 100% of the value of the software and support in automated migration to SAP.

Joventino also highlights that companies like AWS and others hyperscales “understood that the Mignow system It’s a game changer to boost services.”

“Companies have until 2027 to migrate [from SAP systems]. They can leave it to do later and they will continue to be able to invoice, have reports and controls, but not in the best way”, explains the co-founder.

Furthermore, Joventino highlights that in its journey of helping small businesses, AWS realized that when a large client, like Nike, is interested in a company with the startup's system, for example, smaller companies in the same market tend to go back.

Mignow plans for 2024

The co-founder also says that, for 2024, the Mignow intends to continue its geographic expansion.

“We are opening operations in the United States, which is the focus of the first half of the year. Next, we intend to gain traction in the European market.”

Joventino reinforces that a valuable lesson learned from the Sales Force case was Land, Expand and Retain, in free translation, to land, expand and retain.

“First we establish our footing and expand there, then we will look for another territory. Brazil is a lake with a limited number of fish and for 2024 our main motto is internationalization”, says the co-founder of Mignow.
